These are very nice, climate-controlled units located in the heart of Waco. Lauren and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Pricing is the same or better than similar units in town.

- In 3.6 miles, take exit 334 toward US-77 S/17th Street-18th Street

- Take a slight right toward TX-2 Loop/S 17th Street
- Take a slight right onto TX-2 Loop/S 17th Street
- Turn right onto Franklin Avenue
- Downtown Storage Waco will be on the left
From downtown Waco, TX:
- Head southwest on Austin Avenue toward S 17th Street
- Turn right onto S 13th Street
- Turn left onto Franklin Avenue
- Downtown Storage Waco is on your left
From Woodway, TX:
- Head southwest on Old McGregor Road toward Santa Fe Drive
- Turn left onto Santa Fe Drive/Texas Central Parkway
- Turn left onto Woodway Drive
- Take the ramp onto US-84 E
- Take the TX-298 Spur/Franklin Avenue exit
- Continue onto TX-298 Spur E/Franklin Avenue
- Continue to follow Franklin Avenue
